SHIPPING POLICY

DentaRight ships all of our merchandise, including completed guards, by USPS First Class. Depending on your location, delivery times range from 1-3 days, excluding weekends and significant US holidays. All shipments will contain a tracking number so that you can trace their progress.


DentaRight is not liable for any shipment delays, damage, or loss. Please contact DentaRight directly in such a scenario, and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.


Please contact your local USPS representative to begin a trace for missing shipments that seem to be delivered. Missing shipments tracked as delivered, in our experience, typically indicate one of two things:

  1. The package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor. In this case, parcels are frequently returned within a few days by a helpful neighbor.
  2. The package was incorrectly scanned as delivered. After the scan is delivered, you should receive the shipment within a day or two.

If your package still shows "Pre-shipment" status beyond the initial ship date, it is likely that it was not correctly scanned in at the sort facility. For possible solutions, please contact DentaRight directly.

Custom Orders (Important)

Please note that all custom dental products, including night guards, require the customer to complete and return their dental impression before production can begin.

Production and shipping timelines will only begin once the impression has been successfully returned and approved.

Failure to submit the required impression may result in delays or the inability to complete the order.
