REFUND POLICY
DentaRight stands behind our night guards and provides a 100 % SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on the fit of your guard. We will work with you to customize your guard to meet your needs.
Each request for a new guard, material exchange, guard modification, and/or extra imprint kit will be independently assessed by DentaRight, and the suitable solution will be selected at DentaRight's discretion.
DentaRight maintains the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason or no reason at all.
Please keep in mind that DentaRight does not sell to or service overseas customers. We also don't support purchases made from third-party websites/vendors like eBay. Our product and/or service has no approved re-sellers. All DentaRight Guards purchases must be bought through authorized means.
All completed night guards have a 30-day refund policy beginning on the day the guard is delivered. Refunds are subject to approval and are issued only after we review the required documentation. Approved refunds exclude non-refundable costs (impression kit, lab fabrication, shipping, rush fees, and custom add-ons). We may request your order number and photos/videos to complete the review. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin the process.
DentaRight retains the right to charge either or both upon delivery of the original guard for difficulties happening after 30 days of receipt of the night guard:
- If a fresh impression is required for a remake, there is a $34.99 impression kit price.
- The remake charge cannot exceed the original purchase price.
Our rush service cost is non-refundable, however it will be applied to any necessary remakes.
Any returned guard that has been examined and determined to be damaged as a result of misuse or malicious intent will not be reimbursed.
If dental work was performed after the guard's manufacture date, DentaRight is not liable for a guard that no longer fits. We cannot issue a refund for the guard since we cannot predict future dental procedures.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method by DentaRight. Following the processing of your refund, a credit will be automatically issued to your original mode of payment. It typically takes 3-5 business days to record this.
Refunds that are late or absent (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be formally posted.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.
